All you need:
Butter milk – 2 glasses
Ginger -1/2 slice
Mint leaves- hand full
Preparation: Chop all the ingredients and blend them in a mixer. Add salt and pepper powder to it as required. Take it to a bowl and add butter milk to it, stir well. If you want it perfectly smooth, run it through a fine mesh sieve. Pack it and keep it in the refrigerator for one hour and this should be ready to serve.
