QUICK & EASYVEG SANDWICH RECIPE

Quick & easy veg sandwich is the easiest and healthy sandwich recipe which can be just made on a pan. This recipe uses only vegetables and no sauce or cheese is required. This is a simple one and can be made quickly on any busy weekday for morning breakfast or evening snack.

Required Ingredients for VEG SANDWICH RECIPE:

Whole grain bread (or any bread of your choice)

Half tea spoon Cumin/Jeera

Half table spoon finely chopped garlic

Salt as needed

Half table spoon red chili powder

Finely chopped onion, cabbage, capsicum, coriander leaves (one bowl)

One grated carrot

Preparation of VEG SANDWICH RECIPE:

Mix all the ingredients well. Take two slices of bread and apply little ghee on the inner side. Transfer a spoon of this veggie mix on the inner side of the bread and spread it evenly. Bring the bread slices together and press them gently.

Take pan and allow it to heat. Add little ghee and oil on the pan. Toast the bread slices on the outer side until golden brown and serve it hot.

Tips:

Add or modify the ingredients according to your taste. You can add finely chopped tomatoes or boiled and mashed potatoes to the veg mix. You can also apply cheese on the inner side of the bread if you are a cheese lover.
